Córdoba Caliphate Gourmet 2026

Córdoba Caliphate Gourmet 2026 will celebrate its 11th edition on October 19 and 20, once again making Córdoba a meeting point for national haute cuisine, with chefs such as Paco Morales, Elena Arzak, Kisko García and Celia Jiménez. The program will include demonstrations, tapas and activities open to the public such as:
-Califato LAB
-Califato Experience
and Califato In The Street, in addition to a great eight-hands dinner at Bodegas Campos , which will gather seven Michelin stars and will have a price of €200 per person.
The event will close with a showcooking in which 12 tapas can be tasted, this year putting special focus on Cordoban agri-food products and on reclaiming the identity and gastronomic tradition of the province.

MONDAY, OCTOBER 19 - CALIPHATE LAB
11:00 AM to 1:00 PM Caliphate LAB 4 cooks 4 tapas, Arc de Triomphe Square, in front of CRV (Visitor Reception Center)

1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Caliphate Experience, "From the origin of the product to the emotion of the dish." Arch of Triumph Square, in front of CRV (Visitor Reception Center)

From 1:30 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. Showcooking Caliphate In The Street, Arc de Triomphe Square, in front of the CRV (Visitor Reception Center)

TUESDAY, OCTOBER 20 - PRESS CONFERENCE AND AWARDS DELIVERY
From 12:00 to 1:00 p.m., at Bodegas Campos, the Official Press Conference of Córdoba Caliphate Gourmet will be held, with all the Chefs of this edition participating. Next, the chefs themselves will present the awards to the winning establishments of Caliphate In The Street 2025
OFFICIAL COOKING SHOW
From 2:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. the official cooking show will be held at Bodegas Campos with the participation of Michelin star chefs who will prepare a tapa each. In total there will be 12 tapas (counting the winning establishments of “Caliphate In The Street 2025”).
Attendees will be able to enjoy a selection of tapas specially selected for the occasion.
