We were at the 2nd edition of Sabor a Córdoba, promoted by the Provincial Council of Córdoba, through the Provincial Institute for Economic Development (Iprodeco). The event took place at the CEFC Parque Joyero de Córdoba.
The opening ceremony was attended by:
Salvador Fuentes — President of the Provincial Council of Córdoba
Félix Romero — Delegate for Economic Development, Promotion and Employment / President of Iprodeco,
María Dolores Gálvez — Territorial Delegate for Employment of the Regional Government of Andalusia
and Marian Aguilar — Third Deputy Mayor for Equality, Tourism and Sports of the Córdoba City Council, and various prominent figures from Córdoba.


We toured the exhibition, visited the stands and tasted a variety of regional products. The wine and extra virgin olive oil (EVOO) tunnels showcased the diversity of products and the great work of producers in positioning Córdoba as a place of excellence in production.
