Held in Villanueva de Córdoba from 5 to 8 November 2026, the 26th 100% Iberian Acorn-Fed Ham Fair – PDO Los Pedroches takes place.
We attended the opening ceremony with the presence of Villanueva de Córdoba's Mayor, Isaac Reyes Vioque, and authorities from the Province of Córdoba.
As part of the professional activities, we held a workshop for industry professionals on How to Create an Experience Around 100% Iberian Acorn-Fed Ham PDO Los Pedroches, led by Miriam López (Jamón Lovers) and Pedro J. Pérez Cascos.
We also enjoyed the Ham Tunnel, a sensory experience of flavours, culture and sustainability, featuring many new additions this year.
Local crafts and products: exhibition and sale by local producers, craftspeople and associations.
6 and 7 November: 11–19 h.
8 November: 11–17 h.
