debuencomer Experiences: Casa Tollín Bar

debuencomer Experiences: Casa Tollín Bar
Created by Miguel Eguidazu Jordano, it is called Tollín in honour of the nickname of his great-grandfather Juan.
You'll find this small bar decorated with nautical motifs for a reason: Miguel Eguidazu's grandfather adopted that nickname for a Breton-hulled boat that he built himself and launched in 1936 at the port of Ondarroa (Bizkaia). The boat was used for fishing and operated along the coast from north to south.

We tried some incredible Cantabrian anchovy toasts, accompanied by tinto de verano, a small beer and traditional Córdoba salmorejo. An unbeatable combination!

Just a few metres from Tendillas Square in Córdoba.
