A Tasting of Córdoba

A+ A-
A Tasting of Córdoba
A tasting invites us to pause and appreciate the nuances. Smell, taste, touch, sight and hearing all play a part in an experience that goes beyond what lies before us: light, textures, sounds and aromas are also part of what we perceive.
Professional tasting requires knowledge, techniques and specific conditions. But what if we took this idea beyond wine, olive oil or cheese? What if we thought of a tasting of a place?
Not to assess it or find the right answer, but to get to know it through our senses. To stop somewhere, observe its details, listen to its sounds, discover its flavours and allow ourselves to be surprised by things we might otherwise have overlooked.
At a time when recommendations, reviews and other people's images seem to anticipate every experience for us, it is worth reclaiming our own perspective: approaching a place without being told in advance what we should find there.
A place never stops surprising us simply because we have already explored it. Our experience changes with the way we look, the details we pay attention to and what each of us discovers along the way.
This edition invites you to enjoy a little tasting of Córdoba. Through its products, encounters, spaces and landscapes, we explore different expressions of a living and diverse region. It is neither a catalogue nor an attempt to cover everything.
It is not about discovering a new place, but about discovering something new in a familiar one.
What if we created our own tasting of Córdoba?
